Our lecture series complements the case demonstrations and focuses on the more than 50% of the CT Board Exam that is devoted to Cardiac CT Physics and Fundamentals. These sessions will provide you with a thorough understanding of the principles of CT Scanning, from image acquisition to processing. Lecture topics include CT physics, radiation safety, cardiac anatomy, proper patient selection and preparation, avoiding imaging pitfalls, post-processing images to correct problems and handling complicated cases.
